How is your coaching program structured?

We have a weekly 1 hour coaching call with you. Each call includes: 1) Personalized guidance and support 2) Education and resources based on our framework and 3) Planning and accountability for the upcoming week.

What if I’m not sure yet if I want to move forward?

Your first consultation is free. During this first session, we learn more about your needs, we share more details about our approach and program, and we answer any questions you have. There’s absolutely no obligation or pressure to sign up after your free consultation. When you’re ready, we will be here for you.

What are the logistics of the virtual coaching?

Coaching is via a Zoom call or by phone (U.S. clients).

What is the program length and cost?

* Our coaching is offered in 4 week increments, and we will review cost and payment options during your free initial consultation to find the best approach for you.
